Mandatory Legal Notice — ECHA / SEVESO III / REACH
LEGAL NOTICE: CHEMPAC INVENTORY SYSTEM formats operator-provided data into a standardised European hazardous substance inventory layout for informational and internal record-keeping purposes. It does not constitute legal, environmental, or regulatory certification, and it does not file anything on your behalf. Quantities, CLP classifications, and Seveso III (Directive 2012/18/EU) qualifying quantities must be verified against ECHA guidance, Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), and the applicable national implementing legislation. The operator is solely responsible for submitting this inventory to its national competent authority.
3. Live Seveso III Summation
Annex I Note 4, three independent sums.
Live Seveso III check — LOWER-TIER ESTABLISHMENT INDICATED
| Annex I Note 4 summation | Entries | Lower-tier Σ(q/Q) | Upper-tier Σ(q/Q) | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Health hazards (H1–H3) (Annex I Note 4(a)) | 2 | 3.200 | 0.600 | Lower-tier |
| Physical hazards (P1–P8) (Annex I Note 4(b)) | 2 | 1.840 | 0.460 | Lower-tier |
| Environmental hazards (E1–E2) (Annex I Note 4(c)) | 1 | 1.600 | 0.400 | Lower-tier |
Triggered by: Health hazards (H1–H3) summation Sum(q/Q) = 3.200 | The three sums are never added together — any one reaching 1.000 catches the establishment. Indicative only; confirm with your national competent authority.
Ratios are rounded half up to 3 decimal places for display. Each Σ(q/Q) is computed from full-precision ratios and the tier is decided on those, so a printed column may differ from the printed sum by up to 0.001 per entry.
Why This Is Only A Demo
What you are seeing
The same validation and assessment engine that runs inside the paid wizard. The only difference is the output: the demo shows numbers, the paid product prints the filing-grade report.
