CHEMPAC-RED — SUPPLIER COMPLIANCE NETWORK

Ask your suppliers for composition data once, and receive it encrypted, structured and ready to assess.

Chasing safety data sheets by e-mail is where most inventories go wrong: an attachment arrives in the wrong format, a concentration is missing, and someone re-types it into a spreadsheet. ChemPac-Red replaces that loop with a link. You invite a supplier, the supplier fills a short form, and the answer lands in your workspace as structured rows.

Red uses your existing ChemPac account and your existing vault passphrase. Submitted rows can be pushed into the ChemPac assessment engine, or into a ChemPac-Lite sheet, without a single CSV export.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 1.Create a supplier link. Red generates a single-use invitation with its own encryption key held in the link itself.
  2. 2.The supplier opens the link — no account, no password — and fills in substance identity, concentration and hazard data.
  3. 3.The submission is encrypted in the supplier's browser before it is sent, and appears in your supplier list ready to review and push.

WHAT WE CAN SEE

Nothing. A submission is encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the supplier's browser under a key that travels only in your invitation link. The server stores ciphertext.

That also means there is no recovery path: if you lose your vault passphrase, submitted data cannot be restored by us or by anyone else.

ChemPac-Red is a subscription add-on. It does not generate reports and does not include report credits.
