ChemPac-Red Support, Privacy & Terms
Everything on this page is about ChemPac-Red: supplier links, submissions and the Red subscription. Report purchases, report tiers and filing deadlines are handled on ChemPac itself.
What ChemPac-Red is
Red is a collection channel. You send a supplier one link; the supplier returns substance identity, concentration and hazard data in a fixed shape instead of a free-form attachment.
Red does not assess anything and produces no report. It gathers the rows and hands them to the ChemPac engine or to a ChemPac-Lite sheet when you ask it to.
Supplier links and limits
Each tier sets how many supplier links may be active at one time. Revoking a link frees the slot immediately; the submissions already received stay in your workspace.
Suppliers never need a ChemPac account. A link is enough, and it can be revoked at any moment without contacting them.
Encryption of submissions
A submission is encrypted in the supplier's browser with AES-256-GCM before it is transmitted. The key lives in the invitation link, not on our servers.
Anyone holding the link can submit against it, so treat an invitation as a credential: send it to a named contact and revoke it once the data has arrived.
Subscription and billing
Red is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; the current cycle runs to its end. Reports bought on ChemPac are unaffected either way.
A tier only becomes active once our payment provider confirms it. If a payment succeeded but the tier has not appeared, reload the subscription page before contacting support.
A pushed supplier row continues in the ChemPac EU assessment engine (Seveso III / CLP), which applies the Annex I qualifying quantities and summation rules.
Privacy
We hold your account e-mail, your subscription state, and ciphertext. Submission contents, supplier names inside a submission and hazard data are unreadable to us.
Support can see when something happened and which link it concerned — never what it said.
Terms
Red is a data-collection tool. You remain responsible for verifying what a supplier declares before using it in a regulatory submission.
We do not warrant supplier-provided data. Cross-check a declaration against the safety data sheet before assessment.
